I, Jeff lively, opened serpent ink tattoos in october 2022.

I started tattooing in early 2013. After tattooing in other shops for over 9 yrs i made the decision to open my own shop.

I strive to give every customer a positive experience and a piece of art they can proudly wear. I work in many styles and enjoy every one.
